Crossfit Vancouver – Nutts Cup Video Production by Red+Ripley Team in 5k!

The Need for a Video

To capture an important event. One of the toughest workouts devised.Mixed with a great party and a tribute.

“Making a difference in life”

For Sergeant Andrew Nuttall of 1st Battalion Canadian Light Infantry – killed by an improvised explosive device on December 23, 2009.

The Solution

A custom event video production. We covered the event with three cameras, a camera crane, RED Epic and two DSLR cams.

We used a lot of equipment and took some quality time to finish the edit. Overall a complicated one that took some time to get right.

The Client

MadLab School of Fitness started out as a simple blog called CrossFit Vancouver with the goal of helping people understand what works and what doesn’t in the health and wellness field.

That blog was so popular we were invited to talk with groups of people in various CrossFit gyms around the country.

The video is used to promote the charity ‘Supporting Youth at Risk’ a foundation that helps inner-city kids
